王春霞,女,河南渑池人,1984年生,副教授,博士生导师。担任 《Petroleum Science》、《稀有金属》期刊青年编委, 《Energy Storage and Conversion》编辑;主持国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目、中国石油大学(北京)校引进人才项目;参与国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目;近5年以第一/通讯作者身份在Coord. Chem. Rev., SusMat, Small, Green Chem., J. Mater. Chem. A, Carbon, Nano Res., Chem. Eng. 现指导研究生、本科生共30余名(协助培养博士生2名),已毕业硕士研究生10人,已毕业学生于复旦大学、天津大学等985高校读博深造,工作就职于中海油、中石油、中石化等企/事业单位。指导学生获国家奖学金(2021年)、小米奖学金(2023年)、校级优秀毕业生(2022年)、北京市三好学生、校级“优秀研究生论文”等奖项;作为“本科生科研训练与创新创业项目”导师,指导20名学生参与7项科研训练项目,其中国家级项目4项、校级奖项3项,2项本科生科创项目正在进行中;指导研究生获得“第十八届挑战杯黑科技专赛”国家级三等奖(2023年)、“创青春”中国青年碳中和创新创业大赛国家级银奖(2023年)、“第十三届中国石油大大学(北京)大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛”校级二等奖(2023年)、“创青春”中国青年碳中和创新创业大赛铜奖(2022年)、“北京地区高校大学生优秀创业团队”北京市一等奖(2021年)、“第十届高校科技创新成果展示推介会”北京市二等奖(2021年)等、第19届“挑战杯”竞赛 “揭榜挂帅”专项赛(2024年)三等奖。
9. 主要情况
目前主要围绕电解水析氢、电催化CO2还原及理论计算等方向进行研究.现有较完善的实验设施与测试设备,致力于对设计开发新型材料、通过理论计算阐释反应机理进行深入研究。课题组学习氛围浓厚,学生主动性较强,导师注重培养学生的创新能力,积极引导学生独立思考,重视学生实验技能的培养,能够对每位学生进行全面的指导。
